Where on earth can you get a $100,000 salary for a job without even submitting your CV? Only in the UAE! Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island, to be precise.
The “world’s best job” is for the role as the next ambassador of Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island. Applications are now open for the two-month tourism gig.
Comedian Kevin Hart announced the new job opening in a video on Yas Island’s Instagram account.
“No CV, previous experience or cover letter needed, just your video up to 60 seconds,” according to the Yas Island website.
The chosen candidate will have tons of exciting things to do. Apart from the hefty salary, the ambassador will stay at the Fabulous Suite of W Abu Dhabi Yas Island for 60 days.
The new ambassador will also be flown to Abu Dhabi on a business class flight, and be chauffeured around the island in a luxury car.
The winner will get two Yas Theme Parks annual passes, unlimited access to Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld and Warner Bros. World, and also a 60-day membership package at Yas Links Golf Club.
He or she will also enjoy golfing sessions, karting sessions on the Formula 1 track, as well as indoor climbing and skydiving at Clymb.
Applicants should be at least 21 years old and must submit a video of up to 60 seconds answering the question: “How will you make Yas Island Hart to Beat?”
Videos must be submitted on the online portal hireme.yasisland.com and posted on social media with the hashtag #YasIslandAmbassador. Submissions are open until January 23 and a winner will be announced on February 3. ICA/Expat Media
