Filipinos in the UAE who need consular services can now access appointment links directly while the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai’s website undergoes system maintenance.
The Consulate General announced the temporary arrangement on Friday (September 25), saying that appointment links for individual services will be made available through its official Facebook page.
A consulate official told Expat Media that the links were previously accessible through the website but are now being provided directly. The Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila is expected to issue an advisory on when the website maintenance will be completed.
Appointments will be available until the daily transaction limit for each service is reached.
The Consulate General reminded clients that appointments are required before visiting its office and that walk-ins are not allowed, except for senior citizens, persons with disabilities who have valid identification, visibly pregnant women, household workers, children aged seven and below, and those reporting a death or handling other urgent cases with proof.
