DUBAI – One man can now call a million-dirham apartment in Dubai as his home after he won the raffle for a Dh1.2 million apartment in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District One.
The one-bedroom apartment with a waterfront view was won by Mohammed Sadegh Sihawi in a raffle draw conducted by radio presenter Kris Fade.
“I am very blessed to be winning this glorious apartment, I can’t believe it!” said Sihawi, who bought an apartment in District One that qualified him for the draw.
“I have initially invested in District One because I love the project and it is an amazing place to live in. To know that I won this apartment, is just extra happiness,” he added.
