Dubai Mall has one of the biggest car parking areas in the world, but what happens if you get stranded there with a car with a dead battery?
A little-known service at the mall is just the life saver you need for situations like this.
As Expat Media first reported, Dubai Mall’s Security and Emergency Response teams are always on standby to help guests in any crisis or emergency.
In case of a drained car battery that needs a jump-start, all you need to do is head to the nearest customer service desk and ask for help. Make sure to tell them the exact location of your vehicle.
In 10 minutes or less, a team in a buggy cart will arrive at where your car is parked. They have a hand held jump starter to bring your car back to life so you can be on your way.
It is such a great service and it is free! ICA/Expat Media
