UAE weather forecast: May 30 to June 3

The weather in the UAE will be fair in general and partly cloudy at times for most of the week, with some dust storm expected closer to the weekend, according to the National Centre of Meteorology.

Here’s the 5-day UAE weather forecast:

Tuesday, May 30

Fair in general and partly cloudy at times, clouds will appear eastwards and may be convective over the mountains by afternoon. Humid by night and Wednesday morning over some coastal and internal areas with a probability of fog or mist formation. Light to moderate winds, freshening at times. The sea will be slightly choppy in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Wednesday, May 31

Fair in general and partly cloudy at times, clouds will appear eastward and might be convective over the mountains by afternoon. Light to moderate Southwesterly to Northwesterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust during the daytime, with a speed of 10 – 20 reaching 35 km/hr. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.

Thursday, June 1

Fair to partly cloudy at times. Temperatures tend to decrease over some Northern areas. Light to moderate Southwesterly to Northwesterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust during daytime, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman Sea.

Friday, June 2

Fair to partly cloudy in general. Light to moderate Northwesterly winds, and fresh during the daytime causing blowing dust and sand over the exposed areas, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be moderate to rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate becoming rough at times by evening in Oman Sea.

Saturday, June 3

Fair to partly cloudy in general. Light to moderate Northwesterly to Southwesterly winds, and fresh during the daytime causing blowing dust and sand, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be rough by morning, becoming moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman Sea.
