The Ajman Municipality has announced the Ramadan free and paid parking hours.
The department said that the parking lots would be open from Sunday to Thursday in two shifts, starting in the morning from 9am to 1pm and continuing in the evening from 8 pm to midnight. This means that parking is free from 1:01pm to 7:59pm, and from 12:01am until 8:59am from Sunday to Thursday. On Fridays and federal holidays, parking will be free.
The parks in Ajman will be open daily starting at 4pm until 1am.
The municipality department has certified that the abattoirs in Manama and Ajman central are ready to welcome visitors during the designated business hours.
The abattoirs will be open Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 2:30 pm and on Friday from 9am to midnight. The abattoirs in Ajman and Manama are open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am until 1 pm.
The Ajman Transport Authority also released the schedule for its services during the holy month of Ramadan. This includes the times for customer service centers, express service centers for inspecting and registering vehicles, public transportation buses, sea transport, and a bus on demand.
Express vehicle inspection and registration centers will operate in two shifts: from Sunday to Thursday, from 8am to 5pm, and from 8am to noon. From Saturday to Friday, the night time shift will operate from 8:30pm to 2am.
During Ramadan, the marine transport (Abra) operations will be separated into two shifts: the first runs from 4pm to 6am and the second from 7pm to midnight.
Buses will be available on demand from 7am until midnight.
