Any citizen, resident, or visitor who lives in a villa in Dubai.

What are the requirements?

To avail the service, applicants must prepare their Emirates ID number, valid email ID, mobile phone number, Makani number, villa number, travel details including their departure and arrival dates, and emergency contact details including name and mobile phone number.

How much is the charge for the home service?

The home security service is free of charge.

How to apply for the service?

Fill up the application form on and attach necessary requirements. Once completed, submit your request and receive your transaction number via SMS. Follow up on your request through digital channels by entering your transaction number.

What are the terms of service?

The residence should be a house (not an apartment) located in Dubai. Individuals must ensure all windows and entrances are locked, and wardrobes and safes where valuables are stored should be closed. Valuable jewelry and money should be deposited in safe boxes in banks and car keys must not be placed in easily accessible areas to avoid theft.
