DUBAI – A property developer in Abu Dhabi has launched a new payment scheme allowing customers to pay rent installments by credit card.
According to Aldar Properties, the payment scheme is now available to customers of its rent-to-own properties. The new payment scheme was rolled out on Monday (August 17).
“Residents will initially be able to pay their rent by credit card in person via Provis, Aldar’s real estate management company, with online and mobile payment facilities to follow,” according to Aldar Properties.
“Residents can choose to make advance rent payments using UAE-registered credit cards on a yearly, quarterly or monthly basis and all credit card fees will be paid by Aldar,” said Meqdad Al Mubarak, executive director of portfolio management at Aldar Properties.
Aldar’s rent-to-own schemes are offered across the company’s developments including Al Hadeel, Ansam, Meera and West Yas. ICA/Expat Media
