An air fly-by experience scheduled for Monday (June 20) in Dubai has been cancelled, according to Dubai Tourism.
Officials of Dubai Tourism did not give a reason for the cancellation of the event, but said it would likely be rescheduled for a later date.
From 6:20pm, the Fursan Al Emarat, the highly skilled aerobatics demonstration team of the UAE Air Force, were supposed to soar and twirl through the sky in a series of breathtaking manoeuvers.
The jets were scheduled to pass over, across and next to Dubai’s iconic landmarks including; the Burj Khalifa, Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Kite Beach, Dubai Frame, and the latest attraction to the city, the Museum of the Future, leaving behind smoking trails of colour. ICA/Expat Media
