DUBAI – A 50-year-old Indian teacher in Abu Dhabi died of coronavirus on Sunday (May 24), a school official confirmed.
Anil Kumar was a Hindi teacher in Sunrise English Private School. He died on Sunday morning, according to Thakur Mulchandani, school principal.
Kumar reportedly suffered breathing difficulties for two weeks and had been admitted to the hospital on May 7.
He is survived by his wife, who is a member of the faculty in the same school, and their two children.
