A French man in Dubai has been honored by Dubai Police for returning Dh110,000 in cash that he found in the emirate.
Luc Ziyad Majdalani turned over the money to Al Qusais Police Station. For his honesty, he received a certificate of appreciation from Dubai Police and the privilege card, Esaad.
Colonel Sultan Abdullah Al Owais, Acting Director of Al Qusais Police Station, praised Majdalani for his “exceptional honesty”.
Majdalani said he was just practicing his civic duty to have the money returned to its owner in coordination with authorities. ICA/Expat Media
