DUBAI – If you haven’t visited the malls yet, the big red splashed all over shops at the Outlet Mall in Dubai is probably going to take you there.
Your Expatmedia.net resident shoppers recently visited the discount outlet along the Dubai-Al Ain Road and found huge deals on top of already discounted prices.
Adidas was at it again with a 40 percent discount on top of up to 70 percent slashed rates. We walked away with a cool Adidas backpack that was on sale for only Dh47! (The sale price was Dh79 plus a 40 percent discount). I also picked up the last pair of Adidas shoes that costs a fortune but was on sale for less than Dh100!
We also saw the last three knitted beanie hats on stock for only Dh17 (after discount). Quite a steal. Unfortunately, trips to any snowy place abroad are off the table for now so I regretfully had to pass on those.
Over at Coach, we found the best deal yet with up to 70 percent discount on items like shoes, wallets, bags and pouches. Plus, there was a 20 percent discount on everything at the store, giving the savviest bargain hunter a whopping 90 percent discount!
My heart was set on a pair of ballet pumps on sale for Dh330 (Dh264) after discount, but sizes were limited. I settled for two Coach wristlets on sale for quite a steal. My best buy yet. We were told the Coach sale is on until November 21.
Also, for every Dh200 you spend at Outlet Mall, you get a ticket to the raffle draw where you can win 24-carat gold worth Dh100,000. Twenty winners will be picked. The raffle is on until November 21. MFD/Expat Media Follow Mars on YouTube
