The Dubai Tram resumed regular operations on Wednesday (April 17), a day after heavy rain pummeled Dubai and the rest of the UAE and caused flooding in many areas.

In an announcement at 12:13pm, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said the Dubai Tram was “operating according to its regular schedule”.

Public transport services across Dubai were disrupted since Tuesday afternoon (April 16) after continuous rain caused flooding in various parts of the city.
