Most expensive penthouse on Palm sells for Dh220M

A penthouse on the Palm Jumeirah became the most expensive penthouse ever sold on the island after its record-breaking sale of Dh220 million.

The mega penthouse at AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection was sold by Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty.

The shell-and-core penthouse spans a built-up area of 33,406 sq ft. and occupies four floors.

It features a 360-degree infinity lap pool and offers views of Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and Ain Dubai. It also has a four-floor 200m indoor garden and a roof terrace with 360-degree views, making it the perfect spot for entertaining and relaxing.

Luxhabitat Executive Partner, Honey Deylami, said that some 611 properties worth Dh5.8 billion in sales have been sold on Palm Jumeirah so far. ICA/Expat Media
