Dubai government launches a new platform called “04”

The Dubai Government has launched a new platform called “04” which aims to improve customer engagement and elevate government excellence.

In a Twitter post on Tuesday (March 21), Dubai Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced that the new platform would showcase 40 government entities, creating a unified interaction between the government and its customers.

“Dubai is creating a new model for the future government, where customers play a pivotal role as strategic partners in designing govt services,” tweeted Sheikh Hamdan.

Platform 04 would include three options: Suggest, where users could post new ideas to enhance government services; Complain, where users could express their discontent with government services; Comment, where users could share their thoughts on government transactions.

The new platform will allow direct engagement with frontline personnel, including captured submissions via social media networks. Complaints can also be forwarded to 600500055 via WhatsApp. RZSP/Expat Media
