Dubai penthouse sets new record with Dh122M sale

A 4-bedroom penthouse was reportedly sold in Dubai for a record-breaking Dh122 million, making it the most expensive furnished penthouse to be sold in Dubai.

The penthouse occupies a full floor spanning 12,133sqft in the Bulgari Resort and Residences on Dubai’s Jumeirah Bay Island.

It was sold by Driven Properties, which described it as a “true architectural gem”, boasting views of both the Dubai skyline and Bulgari Marina. The penthouse features contemporary design.

Sales agent Leila Shugri said: “This latest transaction answers all questions as to the current state of the property market in Dubai – there is no doubt that it is continuing to grow, and this becomes more and more apparent every day. This deal is one of many to come in this prime area.”

Abdullah Alajaji, founder and CEO of Driven Properties, said the sale also demonstrates why Dubai is “one of the hottest markets in the world, with no signs of slowing down.”

Alajaji said Bulgari Resort and Residences has outperformed all other areas in terms of property sales. “The privacy this project offers is unparalleled, as is its location and impeccable quality,” he said.
