DUBAI – A new development will rise in Dubai, with the foundation stone for the Dh800-million project laid out on Thursday (September 16).
The project—located in Motorcity in Dubai—is by real estate developer Union Properties in cooperation with contracting company Airolink.
The new project consists of three 7-storey buildings that feature retail stores, restaurants, shopping centers and 880 apartments.
Each building will have 313 studios, 427 one-bedroom apartments, 133 two-bedroom apartments, and seven three-bedroom apartments. ICA/Expat Media
