The bad news is Dubai’s Global Village is now closed. The good news is it’s reopening for its 28th season later this year.
According to Global Village, it will reopen its doors in October 2023. “We’re not just waving goodbye… It’s just for some time and we promise to bring you even more in season 28,” according to Global Village in a Twitter post.
Dubai’s top attraction closed its Season 27 at 2am on Monday (May 1), capping its six-month run with fireworks and plenty of last-minute shopping deals.
For Season 27, Global Village featured 27 pavilions, more than 250 food outlets and a carnival with 175 rides. ICA/Expat Media
