The Ras Al Khaimah Public Service Department (RAKPSD) announced a 50 percent discount on fines in honor of International Happiness Day. It will take place from March 20 to 22.
Environmental offenses, which are covered by the RAKPSD, will be included. This includes throwing trash, smoking in undesignated areas, littering, and truck toll gate violations.
The United Nations created International Happiness Day, observed on March 20 worldwide, and emphasizes the value of happiness in everyone’s lives.
