UAE: long weekend, plus last holidays of 2023

UAE residents can expect another long weekend in September to mark the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

The Prophet’s birthday will be on September 29, which is an official holiday in the UAE. Since it falls on a Friday, followed by a regular weekend, it means that residents can expect another long weekend.

The next holidays will be on December 2 and 3 for UAE National Day, which falls on a Saturday and Sunday, respectively. ICA/Expat Media
