DUBAI – Registration has opened for Emiratis and expatriates for a training program on camels ahead of the annual Camel Trek.
The training program will be held at a camel farm managed by experts who will teach participants the basics of riding, feeding and taking care of camels.
“Opening the door for registrants to join the training program plays a pivotal role. It helps us to get to know the willing participants, test their endurance and aids us to better plan for the program’s schedule,” said Hind Bin Demaithan Al Qemzi, Events Director of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center (HHC).
“Safety of others is a priority. Especially, during the pandemic and the necessity to apply all precautionary measures to limit the spread of Covid-19. As a result, we will customize the number of people in each training session by assigning smaller groups,” Al Qemzi added.
