DUBAI – More rainfall has been forecast in the UAE on Monday (January 17) as wet weather conditions continued to be felt across the emirates.
On Monday, there is a “chance of rainfall over a long interval”, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NMC). More rain is also expected from Tuesday to Thursday.
On Sunday, rain of varying intensities fell on parts of the UAE, including most areas of Dubai.

Dusty and partly cloudy to cloudy at times especially over some Northern, Eastern areas and over the sea with a chance of rainfall over long interval of time. Light to moderate winds, freshening at times especially with clouds causing blowing dust and sand. The sea will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and Moderate to rough in Oman Sea.
Partly cloudy to cloudy at times accompanied with some convective clouds with a chance of rainfall especially by afternoon over some Northern, Eastern and some coastal areas. Moderate to fresh Southeasterly winds, becoming Northwesterly winds by evening and strong at times over the sea and with clouds activity, with a speed of 25 – 35 reaching 50 km/hr. The sea will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate to rough in Oman Sea.
Partly cloudy to cloudy at times especially over some Northern, Eastern and some coastal areas, with a chance of rainfall and with a significant drop in temperatures. light to moderate Northwesterly winds, freshening at times over the sea, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate and rough with clouds in Oman Sea.
Partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a probability of light rain, especially over Northern and Eastern areas. light to moderate Northwesterly winds, freshening at times especially over the sea, with a speed of 15 – 25 reaching 40 km/hr. The sea will be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.
