Dubai-based certified life coach and entrepreneur Maria Fatima Mariano-Perado is opening limited one-on-one Life and Mindset Coaching sessions in the UAE starting this September, offering individuals a dedicated space to reflect, reset and work towards greater clarity in their personal and professional lives.
The 1:1 sessions will be available until December under The R3 Legacy (Reprogram, Rebuild, Rise), a transformational growth and empowerment platform founded by Mariano-Perado. Sessions can be booked through The R3 Legacy at ther3legacy.com.
The coaching programme is rooted in a belief that personal growth should be treated as an investment rather than an afterthought, she says. “Entrepreneurship has taught me that while we can appreciate beautiful things, some of our most meaningful investments are the ones we make within ourselves,” Mariano-Perado tells Expat Media, “The 1:1 Life & Mindset Coaching is a space to reflect, reset, and move forward with greater clarity.”
She adds: “Because perhaps the greatest luxury is becoming more intentional about the life we’re creating.”
Meet the coach behind The R3 Legacy
Mariano-Perado is the founder of The R3 Legacy (Reprogram, Rebuild, Rise), an MBA graduate, entrepreneur, licensed real estate broker in the Philippines and certified Mindset, Leadership, Business and Executive Coach based in Dubai.
Her coaching credentials include certifications as an NLP Practitioner with ABNLP, as well as training in Leadership & Executive Coaching and Life Coaching with ICF, Organizational Development Coaching with ICF, Business Coaching with IAPCCT and Neuro-Semantics Coaching Essentials.
Her professional background spans entrepreneurship, business development and real estate, giving her experience in both personal and professional environments.
Mariano-Perado says The R3 Legacy was created to help individuals become more self-aware, emotionally resilient, purpose-driven and growth-oriented.
The platform works with individuals, professionals, overseas Filipino workers and organisations through coaching, mindset development, leadership development, Emotional Intelligence and cognitive skills-based learning.
What to expect from the 1:1 sessions
The one-on-one coaching sessions are designed as a private space for clients to pause and examine where they are, where they want to go and what may be preventing them from moving forward.
Rather than focusing solely on professional achievements, the coaching approach looks at mindset, personal development and intentional decision-making.
The programme is particularly relevant for people navigating career transitions, entrepreneurship, leadership responsibilities or periods when they feel the need to reassess their direction.
Mariano-Perado’s own journey has shaped her perspective on starting over and building a new life. She moved to the UAE in 2021 and eventually established herself in Dubai while continuing her professional career and building businesses.
Her UAE ventures include Luxe Authentic, which focuses on verified preloved luxury pieces; Luxe for Less, which offers more accessible branded products; and Luxe Skin & Scents by Mestizas, a fragrance business.
