Dubai Urban Tech District, a new project by a UAE-based company, will provide 4,000 jobs to the emirate of Dubai.
The development will be the world’s most significant urban technology district.
The District, situated on the Creekside of the Al Jaddaf neighborhood in Dubai, will generate jobs in green urban technology, education, and training.
According to estimates, the global urban tech sector is worth $158 billion and will expand quickly over the next ten years.
Tech-enabled urban developments from the district will seek solutions to issues posed by urbanization in various areas, including zero-mile food production, food security, inexpensive and scalable renewable energy, low energy demand water harvesting, zero-waste management, and waste-to-energy solutions.
