DUBAI – The luxury eyewear collection of the Hadid siblings is now being sold by Harvey Nichols shop at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai.
Hadid Eyewear pieces are designed by Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid. The siblings formed the eyewear business along with their father, real estate magnate Mohamed Hadid, and half-sister Alana.
The Hadid patriarch is an avowed fan of eyewear.
Hadid Eyewear offers two dozen stylish sunglasses that are available in various shapes, sizes and colors. They cost between Dh550 and Dh620.
Some of the eyewear sport embellished rims and arms while others are in monochrome.
The sunglasses may be pricey but buyers will be glad to know that part of the money they spent on a pair of Hadid Eyewear will help fund efforts to find a cure for childhood vision disorders.
Five percent of all sales go to the Vision of Children Foundation, a non-profit organization based in San Diego, California dedicated to looking for a cure to hereditary childhood blindness and vision ailments. GAC/Expat Media
