The Habtoor Tower, the largest residential building in the world, will be built in Dubai, the Al Habtoor Group announced.
The building will be constructed on Sheikh Zayed Road along the Dubai Water Canal. The building will have “ultra-luxurious facilities” and will overlook the Burj Khalifa in the Business Bay area.
The multi-billion-dirham Habtoor Tower will have 81 floors and 1,701 apartments. The tower will occupy an area of 3.5 million square feet. Construction will be completed within 36 months.
Khalaf Al Habtoor, founding chairman of Al Habtoor Group, said that the project will feature “novel technical details of the construction techniques” and “delivered at the highest quality in record time.”
