Emiratisation in ENOC: 50% of jobs given to UAE nationals

A total of 50 percent of jobs in ENOC Group are now occupied by UAE nationals, according to the group as it announced its Emiratisation drive.

At the recent Careers UAE in Dubai, ENOC Group announced it is offering more than 80 jobs opportunities across its corporate divisions. Jobseekers can apply for jobs through the ENOC website’s careers page.

ENOC is recruiting UAE nationals in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, as well as sales, marketing, business development and legal.

“We are invested in local talent and fostering an environment where they can use their knowledge and capabilities to contribute to the development of the UAE,” said Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC.

According to ENOC, it has achieved 100 percent Emiratisation at executive management and 77 percent Emiratisation at senior management. ICA/Expat Media
