Emirates airline warns of social media scam offering free round-trip tickets

The Emirates airline clarified that a social media post offering free vacations was fraudulent and advised users to get all the information only on the official social media pages.

A viral social media post offered a chance to win two round-trip tickets for a holiday to Europe, Asia, or domestic flights simply by correctly answering four questions.

According to a spokesperson from the airline company, “Emirates is aware that there are online competitions circulating regarding giveaways. This is not an official competition and we advise caution.”

“All Emirates authorized content is hosted on our official channels, including our social media accounts marked with a blue tick,” said the spokesperson. BKM/ Expat Media
