Dubai: Sheikh Zayed Road partially closed for COP28

Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road was partially closed to traffic on Friday morning (December 1) to facilitate quicker travels to the ongoing COP28 climate change conference.

The iconic highway’s Abu Dhabi-bound carriageway was closed starting at 7am and will remain closed to traffic until 11am. The closure spans the Trade Centre Roundabout until Exit 20 on Expo Road. The highway will close again at the same period on December 2 and 3.
