Dubai is getting a new luxury mall worth Dh210 million

A new Dh210 million luxury mall being constructed in Dubai is expected to be completed in late 2026, according to developer Sobha Realty.

The luxury mall will be called Sobha Mall and is located in the Sobha Heartland community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. It will occupy 339,000sqm of space, with 35 retail shops and food and beverage outlets, plus 10 dining spots and an urban park.

According to Sobha Realty, the new mall will “set new standards for a luxury mall” by combining nature, culture, gastronomy and recreation.

The mall will have picture perfect architecture, including a “vibrant bowl with a cascading void” stretching from the basement to the skylight roof.

The Sobha Mall will also be built with sustainability in mind, with smart lighting systems, solar panels, lots of greenery and natural lighting, as well as water features.

“The project underscores our vision to create integrated and community-focused spaces that seamlessly combine convenience while offering multi-tier retail stores, gourmet dining and diverse entertainment options,” said Ravi Menon, co-chairman of Sobha Group.

“Beyond a retail space, the mall is designed to be a pivotal hub for community engagement that offers an ideal blend of nature, culture and recreation that will elevate the living quotient of community members and visitors,” he added. ICA/Expat Media
