The second edition of the Mountain Bike Race will be held on October 15 at the mountain bike track in Dubai’s Mushrif Park in Al Khawaneej.
The race is organised by Dubai Sports Council in collaboration with Dubai Municipality, and riders will pass through a forest of 70,000 trees.
Participants will compete in three different categories for both men and women: 18km community category, the 37km race for amateur riders and the 56km race for professional riders.
Last year’s Mountain Bike Race drew 350 riders of various ages and nationalities. Emirati riders Khalifa Al Kaabi and Marwa Al Haj won the men’s and women’s amateur titles in the 37km race.
