DUBAI – The top three best government centres in Dubai were named on Saturday (January 18), with the crown prince saying he looks forward to further development.
The government centres were ranked based on a Customer Happiness Index, with mystery shoppers sent to evaluate services anonymously.

Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, on Saturday said the results were part of efforts to “enhance the level of performance in Dubai government departments”.
“Today, with all transparency, we unveil the results and congratulate the top three centers. We look forward to further development,” Sheikh Hamdan said.
Meanwhile, the government centres trailing last on the list were Dubai Customs and Dubai Culture, Dubai Land Department and the Public Prosecution.
Sheikh Hamdan said that centres that scored below average in the Customer Happiness Index must submit development plans for programs and developments within two weeks.
“I will personally follow up on the results of the progress report,” he said.
He had previously warned employees that the government “will accept nothing other than exceptional service, leadership and top ranks”. ICA/Expat Media
