The criminal network, comprising of individuals from various nationalities, engaged in illegal immigration operations to certain European countries.

According to the GDRFA, the arrest came after “meticulous” tracking and surveillance of the gang members. Authorities said that surveillance revealed the group’s involvement with illegal immigration through one of the airports in the UAE.

The GDRFA said that investigators were able to track and monitor the mastermind behind the criminal network’s operations, and also closely monitored the group members, from their arrival at a hotel to their movements at the airport.
