DOGO arrives in Dubai: This shoe is artwear

I knew I picked up the right footwear when I took my first pair of DOGO out for a walk. I had on these super cool sneakers with unique art that said “Put the record on”. No wonder a woman came up to me to ask, “Where can I buy those?”

The world’s first handmade vegan shoes have finally made their way to Dubai. They are pure artwear! I just love the limited-edition designs on sneakers, boots, high heels and even flip flops. I have three pairs (and growing!)

Each personalised DOGO really brings out the artist in me. They’re also lightweight and very comfortable. I have a spring in my step knowing that I’m walking with shoes that rock!

The Turkish shoe maker is credited for making the world’s first vegan leather printed shoe. In the design of its unique collections, the company includes legendary characters and art in bright colours, bold prints and original pattern.

DOGO started in Turkey in 2006 and quickly spread around the world, including Europe and the Middle East. It also started developing bags and t-shirts.

Its cool shoe collection include Looney Tunes, with characters such as Bugs Bunny, Sylvester and Tweety; Scooby Doo, Harry Potter series, and Muse, which is inspired by the paintings of the great artists Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Gustav Klimt, Wassily Kandinsky, and Edvard Munch.
