DUBAI – Dubai Police released more details about a bus crash in Dubai that left 27 people injured on Wednesday (January 13).
Earlier reports put the number of injured to 30. Brigadier Saif Al Mazrouei, head of Dubai’s traffic police, said four people sustained moderate injuries while 23 suffered minor injuries.
According to police, the bus was carrying workers of a perfume factory when it collided with a trailer truck near Techno Park in Jebel Ali.
The injured were taken to NMC Royal Hospital and several were taken to Rashid Hospital for treatment. They have been discharged as of Thursday.
