Artificial Intelligence projected to contribute up to $97.9 billion to UAE’s GDP by 2030

According to the World Economic Forum, artificial intelligence is predicted to boost the world economy by close to $16 trillion by 2030.

The UAE is ideally positioned to take advantage of this potential since the nation is already playing a big role in the adoption of AI.

By 2030, the technology is projected to contribute up to 14% of the nation’s GDP, or $97.9 billion, according to consultancy PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The AI-focused university, Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence is slated to play a significant part in accelerating this expansion.

The organization is supporting the UAE’s national AI policy, which aims to establish the nation as a leader in this field of Artificial Intelligence by 2031.
