The golden visa length in Abu Dhabi has been extended from five to ten years for all categories.
Holders of this visa can sponsor spouses, children, and parents of any age, including additional main categories and sub-categories depending on suggestions from appropriate offices such as the Abu Dhabi Office for Residents.
According to the Abu Dhabi Residents Office, the golden visa is now valid for ten years. It provides a wide choice of residency possibilities for professionals and researchers in the sectors of science and knowledge, such as doctors, specialists, scientists, and innovators.
The UAE government previously developed the Golden Residency Programme to provide long-term residency permits that allow holders to live in the nation without needing a guarantor.
It is purportedly valid for 5 or 10 years, depending on the category.
The holder of a golden visa has exclusive benefits such as a multiple-entry visa for six months to complete the golden visa formalities and a renewable residence visa for 5 or 10 years.
The bearer of a golden visa may also stay outside the UAE for more than six months and get residency permits for family members, including the husband and children.
The maximum number of support service workers who can be brought to the UAE has been reduced. Family members can remain in the country for residency validity, even if the sponsor who held the golden visa dies. BKM/ Expat Media
