Emirati teen dies in UAE motorbike crash
DUBAI – A 17-year-old Emirati died after his motorbike crashed in Ras Al Khaimah, also leaving his passenger critically injured.
Police identified the deceased as Sultan M., a Grade 12 student of Masafi school. Sultan was a resident of Aathama area of Ras Al Khaimah.
The teen lost control of his motorbike, which overturned several times during the incident on Friday. He was instantly killed in the crash, police said.
Police said the victim’s relative, who was seated behind him in the motorbike, is being treated in the intensive care unit of a hospital for critical injuries. ICA/Expat Media
