The Ajman Police denied rumors that a 13-year-old child had gone missing in the emirate. In a tweet, the Ajman Police clarified that the rumors were false.
According to sources, the child ran away from home because of family conflicts but after the boy’s father requested assistance from the police to find the child, the authorities managed to return him safely in less than 14 hours.
Although some people spread a rumor that the child was “lost,” the authority confirmed the child was reunited with his parents that day.
In a social media post, the police advised people to avoid spreading unreliable rumors and to only get their information from reputable, authorized sources. BKM/ Expat Media
