Taylor Swift Eras Tour film coming to UAE

Swifties, if you missed the Eras Tour, don’t worry. The next best thing is coming to UAE: a concert film that is going to be released in cinemas.

The Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour will be released across UAE cinemas starting on November 3, according to Vox Cinemas. Tickets are scheduled to go on sale at noon on Thursday (October 19).

The movie is a recording of Swift’s first three nights at the SoFi Stadium in California in August. It runs for 165 minutes.

In the US, the concert movie was released on October 13, raking in $92.8 million in its first three days. Globally, it raked in $123.5 million.

Swift has described her Eras Tours as the “most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far”.

Swift’s Eras Tour continues in Argentina in November. The pop star has 146 concert dates planned, and she is expected to hit a record for the first tour to make a billion dollars. Trade publication Pollstar estimates that Swift sells $14 million in tickets per concert. ICA/Expat Media
