Filipino pop group SB19 was the biggest winner of this year’s VP Choice Awards, taking home a total of six trophies, including song of the year and group performer of the year.
SB19 won PPOP Song of the Year for their hit song WYAT (Where You At), which also bagged the Music Video of the Year award.
Three of the group’s members also took home awards: John Paulo Nase as Composer of the Year for WYAT (Where You At), Ken Suson as Fashion Influencer of the Year, and Stellvester Ajero as Male TikTok Face of the Year.
SB19 was awarded Group Performer of the Year, an honor they shared with A’Tin, their global fandom.
“We don’t have to ask Where You At, A’tin. We know exactly where you are and where you stand… and that is with us! Thank you for making this possible,” SB19 said. The awards were held at Glass Garden Events in Pasig City, Philippines on Wednesday (March 29).
SB19 last performed in Dubai in October last year at a concert organized by SoundCloud Events at the Dubai World Trade Center. Last March 19, SB19’s Josh Cullen performed at a special hip-hop concert, also organized by SoundCloud Events, at the Dubai World Trade Center.
