DUBAI – Funeral prayers were held on Thursday (February 27) following the death of Saudi Prince Talal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Prince Talal died on Wednesday, Saudi Arabia’s Royal Court announced. The royal court did not give further details about the cause of death.
The UAE’s President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan sent condolences to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Cables of condolences were also sent to the Saudi King by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and Shiekh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
