MANILA – More than a dozen Russian athletes have appealed to the international sports tribunal following their exclusion from the Rio Olympics over Russia’s organized doping.
Three Russian swimmers, a wrestler, and the Russian weightlifting federation made the appeal on Monday.
The Court of Arbitration for Sports is handling the appeal.
