Philippine Airlines is offering up to 40% off base fares from Dubai and Riyadh.

Filipino travellers in the UAE and across the Middle East can now book cheaper flights to the Philippines and beyond as Philippine Airlines (PAL) launches a seven-day Ultimate Seat Sale.

The promotion runs from August 24 to 30, with travellers flying from September 16 onwards eligible for discounts across PAL’s network.

Travellers departing from Dubai and Riyadh can get up to 40 percent off base fares, while those flying from Doha can get up to 30 percent off base fares.

PAL said the promotion is designed for travellers planning holidays, homecomings and onward trips, with Manila serving as a gateway to destinations across the Philippines and PAL’s international network.

From Manila to more Philippine destinations

Travellers returning to the Philippines can use Manila as a starting point for exploring other destinations, including Palawan, Boracay and Cebu.

PAL’s domestic network connects Manila and Cebu with destinations across the archipelago, while its international network links the Philippines with cities across Asia, North America, Australia, the Middle East and the Pacific.

The airline’s North American network includes Vancouver, Toronto, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle and New York, with Chicago also set to join its network.

The Ultimate Seat Sale is available through www.philippineairlines.com, the PAL mobile app, the airline’s hotline at +632 8855 8888, PAL ticketing offices and accredited travel agents. Travellers planning to book are advised to check the fare conditions, travel dates and availability before completing their purchase, as promotional fares are subject to applicable terms and availability.

PAL is the Philippines’ flag carrier and operates as a full-service network airline. The airline was named the Asia-Pacific region’s most punctual airline for 2025 by aviation data provider Cirium, recording an 83.12 percent on-time arrival rate. It also holds an APEX Four Star rating. CAM/Expat Media
