A ticket holder in the Philippines became an instant millionaire after winning the P225 million (Dh14.7 million) jackpot in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) draw.
According to PCSO, the winning combination for Friday’s 6/45 draw was 14, 05, 44, 25, 01, 36. The winning ticket was purchased in Pavia, Iloilo.
This is the third time this month that a lone bettor won the jackpot. Another ticket holder from Iloilo City won P44 million in the 6/42 draw on Thursday, while the P55.3 jackpot in the 6/55 draw on May 6 went to a lone winner from Laguna.
