Abu Dhabi-bound flight makes emergency landing in Delhi

An Indigo flight headed to Abu Dhabi made an emergency landing at Delhi airport following a suspected system issue, according to reports.

The plane had taken off from Uttar Pradesh’s Lucknow when it reportedly faced a hydraulic system issue on Saturday (September 16), forcing pilots to make an emergency landing.

The aircraft was carrying 155 passengers on board when it landed at around 10:42pm in India. There were no reports of injuries, and there was no immediate comment from Indigo. ICA/Expat Media
