A world-class project to build a luxury nature resort in the Philippines has been unveiled in Dubai, with the endorsement of Bahraini royal Sheikha Jawaher Bint Khalifa Al Khalifa.
Construction is now underway for The Brilliant iFarm Hotel and Resort, a Balinese-inspired hotel and resort with luxury amenities minutes away from the Philippines’ tourist hub of Tagaytay. The exclusive two-hectare development is set in the scenic town of Alfonso, Cavite.
Speaking to Expatmedia.net at its launch and deal signing ceremony on Sunday (May 21), iFarm founder and iFranchise Business Services Corporation CEO Krizzia Loyang Tanabe said she will be patenting the uniquely designed cabins at the nature-themed property.
Tanabe signed a partnership deal with Brilliant Skin CEO Glenda Victorio at Paramount Hotel in Dubai, with Sheikha Jawaher announcing her endorsement.
The iFarm Hotel and Resort features 18 residential villas and hotel cabanas amid an organic farm, flower garden and natural waterfalls. It will also feature a butterfly sanctuary and vineyard.
The project is expected to be completed this year, and will “bring city dwellers the opportunity to enjoy wide open spaces with refreshing breeze from Tagaytay.. and better appreciation for nature and agriculture.”
iFarm founder Tanabe said the idea for the luxury project came during the pandemic “when we lost touch with nature”. The granddaughter of farmers, Tanabe envisions iFarm as a place where people can learn and enjoy a sustainable lifestyle with world-class accommodation. ICA/Expat Media
