A residential neighborhood was destroyed by fire, which also claimed the lives of seven individuals, including a two-year-old girl and a 12-year-old male in Rizal Province, Philippines.
At 10pm local time on Saturday (April 8), the fire in Taytay town started and quickly spread throughout the neighborhood of old buildings. It quickly consumed over 40 homes before being put out more than an hour later.
The victims were confined inside their home at the end of the street, and the remains were discovered on the kitchen floor and inside the bathroom, according to the police.
Over 60 families lost their homes as a result of the fire.
