DUBAI – A Dubai street cleaner who was caught on camera forming a heart out of leaves and twigs has become an Instagram sensation after his photo went viral.
Ramesh Gangarajam Gandi also received a gift pack from the Ministry of Community Development for his street art.
Gandi, 30, was sweeping dry leaves in Downtown Dubai when he decided to form a heart out of the leaves and twigs he had collected.
Resident Nesma Farahat captured the scene from the balcony of my apartment. The photo received thousands of likes on Instagram.
Farahat said Gandi spent about two minutes forming his heart shaped art on the pavement before sweeping it away.
Gandi told media he missed his wife and family in India’s Telangana state on the day he decided to form a heart out of fallen leaves and twigs.
