Filipino music favourites Sponge Cola and Karylle will perform in Dubai on February 13, 2027. SPEARHEAD ONE
Filipino music fans in the UAE will have a reason to celebrate Valentine’s weekend early, with Sponge Cola and Karylle set to perform together in Dubai on February 13, 2027.
The concert, titled “Sponge Cola & Karylle: Mundong Puno ng Pag-Ibig,” or “A World Full of Love,” will be held at The Agenda in Dubai Media City and organized by UAE-based events and entertainment company Spearhead One.
The show will bring together two familiar names in Philippine entertainment for an evening built around Original Pilipino Music (OPM), love and nostalgia. The concert is expected to draw Filipino music lovers, couples, families and friends looking to spend the weekend with songs that connect them to home.
Spearhead One Chief Executive Officer Donny Dones said the concert is intended to create that shared experience through live music. “
Imagine a performer holding a microphone, he is no longer a performer but a conduit, a conduit which releases rhythm which the whole crowd goes along. The air doesn’t carry sound anymore, it becomes a living membrane. Fills up the atmosphere. Every consciousness becomes collective,” Dones said.
Early Bird passes for “Sponge Cola & Karylle: Mundong Puno ng Pag-Ibig” are now open, with tiered regular ticket pricing scheduled to begin on December 1. Tickets are available through The Agenda’s website starting at Dh199.
